THE CONFERENCE GENERAL OBJECTIVE To improve exchange mechanisms among participant countries as far as production and use of biofuels (ethanol and biodiesel in special) area concerned, in order to increase the Brazilian insertion on international markets.
To promote and stimulate institutional dialogue processes, identification and reflection about mechanisms and instruments of technical, scientific and marketing exchange about the production and use of biofuels. To promote and stimulate institutional processes of identification and configuration of strategic international partnerships, capable of empowering the Brazilian insertion in global markets.
